At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District held on March 23, 1995, the Assistant Manager /Clerk of the District
adjourned the meeting to March 30, 1995 at 12 Noon in the First Floor
Conference Room 1 -A of the Costa Mesa Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive, Costa
