Minutes of Board of Directors Adjourned Meeting
held February 16, 1995
Call to Order: The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District met in adjourned regular session on
February 16, 1995, 12:00 noon, at the Civic Center,
77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.
President Ferryman called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon.
President Ferryman dispensed with the Pledge of Allegiance and the
Invocation.

The meeting was adjourned to closed session at 12:10 p.m. to
discuss pending litigation.
The meeting reconvened to regular session at 1:40 p.m. No final
action was taken with respect to the Orange County bankruptcy
litigation matter.
President Ferryman adjourned the meeting at 1:41 p.m.
