Minutes of Regular Meeting -
Board of Directors Costa Mesa
Sanitary District held at
Community Hall, Costa Mesa,
January 8th, 1948.
Present: ToWinkle, Nelson, Dodd and Lord. Secretary Owen.
Mr. Reardon, Sunset Service Station, Harbor and
Hamilton Street, appeared before Board complained of fail-
ure to pick up cans,etc. Matter adjusted satisfactorily and
Collector Wallace later advised to arrange proper service.
Meeting called to order by TeWinkle.
Minutes last meeting read and approved.
Moved by Lord, seconded by Dodd, following bills
be paid - Carried.:
Directors,TeWinkle,Nelson,Dodd and Lord,
fees month of December $5.00 each . . . $20.00
Secretary Owen, December . . . . . . . . 30.00
Collector Wallace- November . . . . . . . 650.00
McClellan & Sons . . . . . . . . . . . . 42.00
Status S.A.A.A.B,Sewer lines and Junior College use of same
discussed. Understood would have Engineer Bulot and Dondro
confer here on subject at early date.
Annexation again discussed and understood Secretary
would give attention to plans for such steps in company with
engineers and Attorney's suggestions and advice.
