Board of Directors Special Meeting held May 25, 1994
Call to Order: The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
met in special session on May 25, 1994 at 12 Noon in the
First Floor Conference Room at the Costa Mesa Civic
Center, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, California.
Pledge of
Allegiance Director Perry lead the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
Roll Call: Directors Present:
James Wahner, Nate Reade, James
Ferryman, Art Perry, Mike
Scheafer.
Staff Present: Robin Hamers, Manager /Engineer;
Roy June, Attorney; Florine Reichle,
Assistant Manager /Clerk of the
District; Dawn Guastella, Assessment
Specialist.
Guest Present: Hector Castro, Orange County
Register.
President Wahner called the meeting to order for the purpose of discussing
sewer plan approval by the District Engineer.
The Board adjourned to closed session, dismissing Mr. Castro.
The special meeting recovened at 12:25 p.m. President Wahner said Mr.
Hamers proposed that he cease the practice of preparing plans for his private
accounts if these plans are to be approved by the District. y
The meeting was adjourned at 12:28 p.m.
