Gall ao Order: The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District met in regular
adjourned session on December 22, 1994, 4;00 p.m., at the Civic Center;
77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.
Director Ferryman called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Director Perry led the Pledge of Allegiance.

After reviewing the contract, Mr. Hamers recommended accepting the attorney's

rest of the year. Ms. Temple received an audited copy of the CAFR which categorizes the
pool's money and the trust fund. This was turned over to Tom Coleman. Ms. Tbiiple is
filling out a SEC questionnaire to be reviewed by Tom Coleman before mailing to the
SEC. Ms. Temple will notify Mr. Hamers of any events and Mr. Hamers will notify the
Board. A study session will be held on January 9, 1995, to further discuss the treasurer's
pool and the District's investment policy.
