Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Zodd and Lord, Attorney Anderson, Secretary Owen, Collector Wallace, and Engineers Bulot & Dondro. Minutes previous meeting read and approved. Following bills on motion by Lord, seconded by Dodd,/ ordered paid. Collector Wallace $650.00 Directors Nelson,Dodd Lord and Norman, month of May 45.00 each 20.00 Secretary Owen, May 146 30.00 Secretary Owen, Expenses June lst/to June 1,1947 46.15 Lola F.Anderson,Steno.work to June 1147 16.75 Leroy P.Anderson,Attorney fees to June 1,1947 100.00 r, A.Carlisle Co. 7.54 Bulot & Dondro,Estimate to May 29147. 3000.00 1947 -48 Budget discussed and Secretary instructed to prepare and submit same. Trash and Garbage collection dates discussed and Collector Wallace reported regular collection days for Garbage,North of Broadway, Monday and Thursdays, South of Broadway, Tuesdays and Fridays. Trash collected every Friday and part Thursday. Engineers Bulot & Dondro then presented and explained Progress Report, discussed Bond issue, effect of incorporation on Sanitary District, and present area of 945 acres. Meeting adjourned. Bond issue should be arranged now. Discussed. General design and estimates now complete. Estimated Trunk line cost $350,000.00 including lift station and temporary and connections west of river. Consideration publicity and alternative plans. Engineers to attend regular meeting Board of Directors to be held at President TeWinkle's office June 5th, 1947.
