DIRECTORS - REGULAR ADJOURNED SESSION DECEMBER 4, 1992

The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District met in regular adjourned session on Friday,
December 4, 1992 at 12 Noon at the Civic Center, 77
Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, California
Directors Present: James Wahner, James Ferryman, Nate
Reade.
Directors Absent: Harry Green
Staff Present: Roy June, Attorney, Florine
Reichle, Assistant Manager /Clerk of
the District.
Guests: Arthur Perry, Thelma Reade, Dawn
Guastella, Permit Clerk, William
Morris, Director of Public
Services.
Director Wahner called the meeting to order at 12 Noon.
He welcomed the guests and asked the Clerk of the
District to administer the oath of office to Arthur
Perry and James Ferryman.
OATH OF OFFICE ADMINISTERED:
The oath of office was administered to James Ferryman
and Arthur Perry, recently elected to four -year terms
as- directors on the Board of Directors of the Costa
Mesa Sanitary District.
ROLL CALL AMENDED:
The roll call was amended to show Director Perry,
present.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 12:15 p.m.
