At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District held on August 13, 1992,
the Assistant Manager /Clerk of the District, due to the
lack of a quorum, adjourned the meeting to August 20,
1992, at 7:30 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room
of the Costa Mesa Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive, Costa
Mesa, California.
