District held at Community Hall,
Costa Mesa, California, May 1,1947.

Present Directors Nelson, Dodd, Lord and Norman, Secretary
Owen, Mr. Price, Director Nelson presiding.
Minutes last meeting read and approved.
Letter Enginner Bulot, April 11th, and publicity article
accompanying read.
Upon motion by Dodd, seconded by Norman, following bills
ordered paid:
Collector Wallace, month of March $650.00,
Directors TeW&nkle,Nelson, Dodd,
Lord and Norman fees month of
April $5.00 each.
Secretary Owen month of April $30.00.
Mr. Price explained in detail conditions surrounding his
application for Hog Ranch Permit in Santa Ana River bottom
at West end of Fair View Street and directors discussed
Interest of District in'same as garbage disposal facility. To
investigate if later deemed necessary.
Meeting adjourned.
