STUDY SESSION REPORT
March 5, 1992
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
met in Study Session on March 5, 1992, at 5 p.m. in the
Fourth Floor Conference Room at the Civic Center to review
and discuss the letter Mr. June was instructed to draft from
the District to the City of Costa Mesa.
Present: Directors - Wahner, Ferryman, Reade and Sherrick.
Absent: Director - Green (excused)
Staff Member: Florine-Reichle, Assistant Manager /Clerk of
the District.
Others: Barry Newton, Creative Management Solutions
Letter from District to City regarding AB 939 obligations:.
The draft of the letter from the Board of Directors of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District to the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Costa.Mesa was reviewed and edited. Ms
Reichle was directed to return the draft to Mr. June for
finaling, and presentation for signature at the March 12,
1992 regular board meeting.
Meeting with City Manager Roeder requested:
Ms Reichle was also directed to arrange a meeting with Mr.
Allan Roeder, City Manager, to discuss District staff space
availability and the reporting relationship between the
District Manager and staff prior to an agreement.
Closed session at March 12, 1992 meeting:
The Board announced they would be requesting a closed
session at the March 12 regular meeting for the purpose of
discussing personnel matters.
Adjournment:
The study session ended at 6:16 p.m.
