At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District held on August 8, 1991,
the Assistant Manager /Clerk of the District, due to the
lack of a quorum, adjourned the meeting to August 15,
1991, at 7:30 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room
of Costa Mesa. Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa,
California.
