CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL:
MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
March 1, 1989
President Wahner called the meeting to order
at 7:05 p.m.
Present: Directors - Wahner, Crank,
Hanson, Green, Ferryman.
Absent: Directors - None.
Officials present: Roy June, Attorney
Robin Hamers, Engineer
Florine Reichle, Assistant
Secretary
SETTLEMENT On.motion by Director Hanson, seconded by Director
AUTHORITY Crank, President Wahner was named the designated
M. Buntich member of the Board to attend the Mandatory
Settlement Conference on March 8, 1988, and
Director Hanson the designated alternate, each
• having dollar authority for settlement purposes.
Motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Wahner, Crank, Hanson,
Green, Ferryman.
NOES: Directors - None
ADJOURNMENT President Wahner declared the meeting adjourned at
7:50 p.m.
