Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord'and Norman,
Secretary Owen, Attorney Anderson.
Minutes last meeting read and approved.
Minutes Special Meeting Sept.25th, read and approved.
Secretary presented copy of letter written Division
Engineer; Federal Works Agency re substance of contract,
under consideration.
He also announced the receipt of U.S Treasury Warrant
for $9000.00 advance on agreed loan of $18,000.00 and
the deposit of same with County Treasurer to Costa
Mesa Sanitary District,Planning Account.
Bills of:
Collector Wallace $350.00 less $50.00 retention
month of September and three members Election
Board for $8.00 each, Calla P.Viele, Irma Gabriel
and Helen Griewe. H.Carlisle & Co.$60.99 and
Assessor Martha B'.Hostetler,$100.00,and motion by
Lord, seconded-by Norman, ordered paid.
