Minutes - Board - 1946-09-25Minutes of Special Meeting Board of Directors of
Costa Mesa Sanitary District held at Community
Hall, Costa Mesa, California, September 25th,1946.
Present: Directors Nelson, Dodd, Norman, Secretary -Owen and
Attorney Anderson.
Director Nelson presided in absence of President TeWinkle.
Returns of Election for Directors held September 17th,
were canvassed and records of Election Board examined
and approved with the result that Otto M.Dodd, Wm.E.Lord
and H.Paul Norman were declared elected to four year
terms and upon motion by Dodd, seconded by Norman,
certificates of election were ordered issued accordingly.
Proposed contract with Engineer, J.A.Woolley based on
his submission of fees, terms and conditions was discussed
at length and it was determined to obtain further informa-
tion both as to Federal Works Agency requirements and
proposals of Engineer Woolley and possibly other interested
engineering concerns.
Entire file in hands of Secretary at this time was
delivered to Attorney Anderson for his use and guidance
in preparing contract.
Meeting adjourned.
