Directofs, Costa Mesa Sanitary District
held at Community Hall, Costa Mesa,
California, September 5th, 1946.
Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord and Norman,
- Attorney Anderson, Secretary Owen, Collector Wallace.
Following bills:
Collector Wallace $350.00 less $50.00
retention, month of August $300.00.
Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord and Norman fees for months
of July, August and September $15.00 each and Secretary,
F.B.Owen same period $90.00, on motion by Lord, seconded
by Dodd, ordered paid.
Communication from Division Engineer Federal Works Agency
together with forms of Agreement covering loan of $18,000.00
read and explained by Attorney Anderson, whereupon on
motion by Dodd, seconded by Nelson, Resolution authorizing
and directing the President to sign and Secretary to
certify said agreement was unanimously adopted.
Interim action by President and Secretary with assent of
Directors in calling election of Directors in conformity
with law and appointment of election Board to serve at
such election September 16th, 1946, consisting of the
following persons, viz: Mrs. Bessie Nell Lounsberry, Mrs.
Calla P.Viele and Mrs.Irma Gabriel, was, on motion by
Nelson, seconded by Dodd, ratified and approved.
