At the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District held August 13, 1987, the
Assistant Secretary, being the only person present,
adjourned the meeting, due to the lack of a quorum, to
August 20, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., First Floor Conference Room,
Costa Mesa Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa,
California.
