Sanitary District held at Community Hall, Costa Mesa, Califor-
nia, August lst, 1946.
Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Norman, Lord,
Assessor, Martha B.Hostetler, Collector Wallace.
Minutes previous meeting read and approved.
On motion by Nelson, seconded by Norman, bill of Getes 0.
Wallace month of July x$,"350.00 less $50.00 withheld, ordered
paid.
Moved by Nelson, seconded by Lord, that Resolutions as
attached and made a part hereof, be ratified and ordered
effective, for the year 1946 -47 - Carried.
Meeting adjourned.Convene as Board of Equalization.

At 8:30 p.m. Board of Directors met as Board of Equalization,
together with Assessor and Secretary and examined the 1946 -47
Assessment Rolls and approved same as prepared by Assessor with
such changes as adopted by Board and there being no complains or
protests filed same were ordered delivered to County Auditor for
completion.
