COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT

Call to Order The meeting was called to order by President
Wahner at 6:30 p.m.
Roll Call Present: Directors - Wahner, Crank,
Hanson, Green.
Absent: Directors - None
Officials Present: Bruce Mattern, Manager
Adjournment to President Wahner declared the meeting adjourned
Closed Session to Closed Session for the purpose of interviewing
candidates for the vacant position on the Board.
Eric C. Johnson At 7:10 p.m., the Board returned to the meeting;
Nominated- at which time the motion was made by Director
Hanson, seconded by Director Green, to nominate
Eric C. Johnson as the new Board Member. Motion
carried by the following;roll call vote:
• AYES: Directors - Wahner, Crank, Hanson,
Green.
NOES: Directors - None
Adjournment President Wahner declared the meeting adjourned
at 7:15 p.m.
