At the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District held February 13,
1986, Assistant Secretary Florine Reichle, due to
lack of a quorum, adjourned the meeting to Thursday,
February 20, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the First Floor
Conference Room of the Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive,
Costa Mesa, California.
