Call to Order The meeting was called to order by President
Wahner at 7:30 p.m.
Present: Directors - Wahner, Crank,
Hanson, Green.
Absent: Gallacher
Officials Present: Bruce Mattern, Manager
Robert Oman, Finance

Florine Reichle, Assistant
Secretary
DIRECTOR The Board agreed to excuse Director Gallacher
GALLACHER from the Board Meetings for an indefinite period
EXCUSED of time because of illness.
RESOLUTION Director Hanson made a motion, seconded by Director
0. 85 -434 Green, that Resolution No. 85 -434, being A RESOLUTION
OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $303,200 .
FROM THE FACILITIES REVOLVING FUND TO THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE DISTRICT, be adopted.. Motion carried by
the following.roll call vote:
MOTION: AYES: Directors - Wahner, Crank, Hanson, Green.
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - None
RESOLUTION Director Hanson made a motion, seconded by Director
NO. 85 -435 Crank, that Resolution No. 85 -435, being A RESOLUTION
OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, LEVYING A TAX TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND
INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT, be adopted.
Motion carried by the following roll call vote:
MOTION: AYES: Directors - Wahner, Crank, Hanson, Green.
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - Gallacher
DISTRICT BUDGET Mr. Oman presented the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
FOR FISCAL YEAR Budget for Fiscal Year 1985 -86. After discussion
1985 -86 the budget was approved as follows:
General Fund Director Hanson made a motion, seconded by Director
Crank that the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Budget
MOTION: General Fund No. 5391 for Fiscal Year 1985 -86 be
approved in the amount of $3,659,298. Motion carried
by the following roll call vote:

ABSENT: Directors - Gallacher
- -No. 7 Trunk Director Hanson made a motion, seconded by Director
Sewer Fund Green, that the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Budget
No. 7 Trunk Sewer Fund No. 5441 for the Fiscal Year
MOTION: 1985 -86 be approved in the amount of $628,677.
Motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Wahner, Crank, Hanson, Green.
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - Gallacher
- -Sewer Director Hanson made a motion, seconded by Director
Construction Crank, that the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Budget
Fund Sewer Construction Fund No. 5411 for the Fiscal
Year 1985 -86 be approved in the amount of $58,264.

AYES: Directors - Wahner, Crank, Hanson, Green.
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - Gallacher

Revolving Fund Crank, that the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Budget
Facilities Revolving Fund No. 5451 for the Fiscal
MOTION: Year 1985 -86 be approved in the amount of $1,054,649.

NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - Gallacher
