MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED MEETING
BOARD OF DIREC'T'ORS
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
January 22, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 8:12 p.m. by President
Wahner.
Present: Directors - Wahner, Crank, Hanson,
Green.
President Wahner declared the meeting adjourned at 8 :45 p.m.

Absent: Directors - None
Officials Present: Bruce Mattern,.Manager
Adjournment to
Director Green made a motion, seconded by Director Hanson,
Executive Session
and unanimously carried to adjourn to Executive Session
for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the vacant
position on the Board of Directors.
Nomination
The Board returned to the meeting at 8:40 p.m., at which
time the motion was made by Director Hanson, seconded by
Director Crank, to nominate James Gallacher as the new
Board member. Motion carried by the following roll call
vote:

AYES: Directors. - Wahner, Crank, Hanson, Green.
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT.: Directors - None

Mr. James B. Gallacher was appointed to .fill the unexpired
Appointed
tezzm of Steven R. Smith to November, 1987.
