Minutes of meeting of Directors of Costa Mesa
Sanitary District held at Community Hall, Costa
Mesa, California, February 7th, 1946.
Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson,Dodd, Lord, Norman, Collector
Wallace, Secretary Owen.

On motion by Nelson „seconded I)y Lord, following bills
ordered paid:
Collector Wallace $300.00 January.
Leroy P.Anderson,Reconve i rance fee x$4.50
NIr.Tait appeared and requested privilege of dumping
trash collected from outside District at Dump,, and _tit;as
advised that due to limited dump facilities at present
such permission could not be granted.
Secretary was instructed to address a letter to-Board of
Supervisors requesting information on action taken upon
previous letter relative to new dump facilities.
