CALL TO ORDER At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District at 7:30 p.m.,
only one director was present.
ROLL CALL Directors Present: Green
Directors Absent: Wahner, Crank, Hanson,
Hutchison.
Staff Present: Florine Reichle, Assistant
Secretary.
ADJOURNMENT In the absence of a quorum, at 7 :45 p.m., the
Assistant Secretary declared the meeting adjourned
to September 15, 1983 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in
the First Floor Conference Room of the Costa Mesa
Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa,
California.
