August 18, 1983
Call to Order The meeting was called to order by President
Wahner at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION Director Hanson made a motion, seconded by
NO. 83 -396 Director Green, that Resolution No. 83 -396, being
Transfer of Funds A RESOLUTION OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSFER OF $616,600 FROM THE FACILITIES REVOLVING
FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE DISTRICT, be
adopted. Motion carried by the following roll
call vote:

RESOLUTION Director Hanson made a motion, seconded by

Construction Director Crank, that the Costa Mesa Sanitary
Fund District Budget Sewer Construction Fund No. 5411
for the Fiscal Year 1983 -84 be approved in the •
amount of $47,143. Motion carried by the follow-

- Facilities Director Green made a motion, seconded by

the amount of $2,454,252. Motion carried by the

WARRANT REPORT Director Hanson made a motion, seconded by
NO. 83 -05 Director Crank, to authorize the President and
Secretary to sign Report No. 83 -05 instructing
the County Auditor to draw a warrant from the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District General Fund in the
amount of $380. Motion carried by the following
roll call vote:

Director Hutchison President Wahner announced that Director
to Retire Hutchison has decided to retire from the Board
of Directors and will not seek reelection in
November. The County Registrar of Voters noti=
fied the Assistant Secretary that an election
will-not be held since only two candidates had
taken out papers for the two positions. The
Board of Supervisors will make the appointments
in November and the directors will take office
in December.
ADJOURNMENT: President Wahner declared the meeting adjourned
at 7::52 p.m.
