Regular Meeting Board of Directors Costa Mesa Sanitary District,
held November 1, 1945, Community Hall, Costa NIesa,California.
Present: TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord, Norman, Secretary Owen,
Collector Hedrich and Giles E. Wallace.
Bill of Collector, J. T.Heidrich month of October $21.33 on
motion by Dodd, seconded by Lord, ordered paid.
Moved by Nelson, seconded by Lord that request of J. T.Heidrich
for cancellation of contract dated May-8th, 1944 be granted. Carried.
Moved by Nelson, seconded by Lord that President and Secretary be
authorized to sign endorsement of release and cancellation of said
contract. Carried.
On motion by Nelson, seconded by Norman, Giles E. Wallace was
employed as Collector for month of November and until next regular
meeting Board of Directors at rate of $350.00 per month.Carried.
