MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
November 24, 1981
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District met in Adjourned Regular Session, having
adjourned at their regular meeting on November 12,
1981.
The meeting was called to order by President
Wahner at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Directors - Wahner, Crank,
Hutchison, Hanson, Green
Absent: Directors - None
Officials Present: Manager Mattern.
Executive Session President Wahner declared the meeting adjourned to
Executive Session at 7:05 p.m. for the purpose of
interviewing candidates for the position of District
Engineer.
At 9:35 p.m., President Wahner declared the meeting
reconvened.
District Engineer Director Hutchison made a motion, seconded by Director
Selected Hanson to select Robin B. Hamers of Robin B. Hamers and
Associates, as the District Engineer with a monthly
retainer fee of $875, beginning December 1, 1981.
Motion was carried by the following roll call vote:
