No Directors were present on August 13, 1981,
at the hour of 7:30 p.m. to attend their regular
meeting in the First Floor Conference Room of
the Costa Mesa Civic Center, 77 Fair Drive,
Costa Mesa, California.

Directors Present: None
Directors Absent: Wahner, Crank, Hutchison,
Hanson, Green.
Officials Present: Assistant Secretary Reichle
Adjournment
In the absence of a quorum, at 7:45'p.m., the
Assistant Secretary declared the meeting adjourned
to the next regular meeting on September 10, 1981,
at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the First Floor
Conference Room of the Costa Mesa Civic Center,
77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, California.
