Bill of J. T. Hedrick, 217.33 on motion by
Dodd, seconded by Lord, ordered paid.
Moved by Dodd, seconded by Norman, that
Engineer, J.A.Woolley be directed to prepare
application for loan from Federal Government for
planning expense. Carried.
Collector Hedrick given permission to permit
Giles E. Wallace to perform work of collecting
and disposing of garbage and trash under his
E,.-supervision and responsibility:
