MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
March 26, 1981
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District met in Adjourned Regular
Session at 7:30 p.m., having adjourned at their
regular meeting on March 12, 1981, to discuss .
and approve the contract between the City of
Costa Mesa and the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
Call to Order The meeting was called to order by President
Wahner at 7:30 p.m.
Roll Call Present: Directors - Wahner, Crank,
Hutchison, Hanson, Green
Absent: Directors - None
Officials Present: Manager Mattern,
Finance Director Oman
1981 -82 The staff presented the Board with the City
City /District Contract Proposal for Fiscal Year 1981 -82.
Contract Finance Director Oman said it was acceptable to
the City for the contract proposal on a preaudit
basis. This would provide for an adjustment to
the contract based on final operating costs. If
the actual costs are higher, the District will
reimburse the City. If the actual costs are less
than the contract proposal, the City will reim-
burse the District. After discussion, Director
Green made a motion, seconded by Director Crank,
to approve the City's Contract Proposal in the
amount of $1,422,485.00. The motion was carried
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Wahner, Hutchison, Crank,
Hanson, Green
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - None
Adjournment President Wahner declared the meeting adjourned
at 9:05 p.m.
