MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
August 21, 1980
The meeting was called to order at
7:30 p.m. by President Wahner.

Crank, Hutchison,

Officials Present: Manager Mattern
Manager Mattern informed the Board that
the 1980 -81 budget was not ready for
presentation at this time.
President Wahner declared the meeting
adjourned to Executive Session for the
purpose of interviewing candidates for
the vacant position on the Board At
the conclusion of the interviews, the
Board returned to the meeting; at which
time they announced no action had been
taken.
Upon motion by Director Crank, seconded
by Director Hanson, and unanimously
carried, the meeting was adjourned at
9:50 p.m.
