REGULAR MEETING BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT,
August 2nd, 1945, Community Hall,
Costa Mesa, California.
Present: Directors: TeWinkle, Dodd, Nelson, Lord and Norman,
Secretary Owen, Collector Heidrich.
Minutes meeting July 5th, read and approved.
President TeWinkle reported on meeting Associated
Chambers of Commerce Sanitary Committee—
Bills: Collector Heidrich month of July $217.33
Costa Mesa Fire Dept. 20.00
Marie Smith 16.00
J.S.Whyte 38.00
On motion by Dodd, seconded by Nelson, ordered paid.
RESOLUTIONS Per copies attached hereto and made a part
of these Minutes were adopted.

BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS of Costa Mesa Sanitary District
convened at 9 p.m. August 2nd in adjourned and final.
meeting; as Board of Equalization, at which time, the
Assessment Rolls being completed and at hand, same
were examined in detail and such changes made thereon
as the Board by unanimous consent decided upon.
The Secretary and Assessor were then instructed
to deliver said Rolls to County Auditor for completion
of Extensions based on valuations and -rate fixed by the
DOBoard.
