BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AT 77 FAIR DRIVE
December 9, 1976
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District met in Executive Session at 7:30 p.m. on
December,9, 1976, having adjourned from a regular
meeting of December 1, 1976. A copy of the notice
of adjournment was posted and delivered as required
by law.
Roll Call Present: Directors - Hutchison, Warren, Briggs, Rima
Absent: Directors - Glockner
Officials Present: Manager Eldridge, Director of
Finance Oman, Attorney June,
Assistant Secretary Machamer
No action was taken at the Executive Session.
The Board of Directors.of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District met in adjourned special session at 8:40 p.m.
on December 9, 1976, at the City Hall, 77 Fair Drive,
Costa Mesa, having adjourned from an Executive Session.
The meeting was called to order at 8 :40 p.m. by
President Rima.
Sale of The purpose of the adjourned special session was to
Orco Disposal discuss the pending sale of Orco Disposal Service,
Inc, and the disposition of our contract for.residen-
tial trash collection services. Manager Eldridge
presented a report for the Board's consideration.
He advised the Board that Mr. Lindley has indicated
that the pending sale to Jaycox Disposal Company is
still in the discussion stages. No action is
necessary at this time. Director Warren made a
motion, seconded by Director Briggs, and unanimously
carried, to receive and file the report.
Adjournment Upon motion by Director Hutchison, seconded by
Director Warren, and unanimously carried, the
meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
