MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AT 77 FAIR DRIVE
March 20, 1979
Roll Call Present: Directors - Briggs, Glockner, Hutchison,
Wahner
Absent: Directors - Crank
Officials Present: Manager Mattern, Attorney June,
Director of Finance Oman, Assistant
Secretary Geddes
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary met in
adjourned regular session at 7:30 p.m., March 20, 1979,
in the 1st floor conference room at City Hall, 77 Fair
Drive, Costa Mesa, California, having adjourned at the
regular session on March 8, 1979.
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. by President
Briggs. At 7:40 p.m. Director Crank joined the meeting.
Minutes of On motion by Director Glockner, seconded by Director
March 8, 1979 Hutchison, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of March 8,
1979 were approved as submitted.
1979 -80 The staff presented the Board with the City Contract
City /District Proposal for fiscal year 1979 -80. After discussion, it
Contract was moved by Director Hutchison and seconded by Director
Wahner that the Board approve the City's contract proposal
in the amount of $1,056,855. The motion was carried by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Briggs, Hutchison, Crank, Wahner,
Glockner
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - None
Adjournment Upon motion by Director Glockner, seconded by Director
Hutchison, and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned
at 9:52 p.m.
