Present: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord and Norman
Secretary Owen
Meeting called to order 8 P M by President TeWinkle
Minutes previous meeting read and approved
Bill of Collector Hedrick month of April, $217 33 upon motion
by Nelson seconded by Lord ordered paid
Secretary stated had not heard from Johnson & Stites on pipe
line bills.
Discussion on cuttingggrass, burning dump etc. Conditions.
Meeting adjourned.
