Regular Meeting of Costa Mesa Sanitary District, held at Community Hall,
Costa Mesa California, April 5th 1945
Present, Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord and Norman.
Secretary Owen. Collector Hedrick. Deputy County
Assessor Glen Ccamer.
Meeting called to order at 8 P M by President Teginkle

• Moved by Dodd seconded by Lord bills be paid Carried
Collector Hedrick stated that an increase of 50.or more
units of collection had occurred and asked application of
contract terms to compensation on that basis. Moved by
Norman seconded by Nelson same be granted. Carried
Discussion of possible necessity for sub- letting of contract
by Hedrick if called to service. Action pending such necessity.
Continue to collect cans let and 3rd Friday and take any
that may be out on garbage collection days.
Hedrick to notify Board as far in advance as possible any
required change in status contract or collection.
