The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District met in adjourned regular session at 6:00 p.m.,
March 10, 1977, at the City Hall, 77 Fair Drive,
Costa Mesa, California, having adjourned at the
regular session of March 2, 1977. A copy of the notice
of adjournment was posted and delivered as required
by law.

at 7:15 p.m.

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by
President Rima.

Manager Eldridge summarized the 1977 -78 City Contract

Proposal as submitted and answered questions on

various items. After discussion, Director Hutchison
made a motion that the City Contract Proposal for
the fiscal year 1977 -78 be approved as submitted in
the amount of $860,115.00. This motion,was seconded
by Director Warren, and carried by the following roll .
call vote:
AYES: Directors - Hutchison, Glockner, Warren,
Rima
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - Briggs
Warrant
Director Glockner made a motion authorizing the
No. 76 -14
President and Assistant Secretary to sign Report
76 -14 instructing the County Auditor to draw a
warrant from the General Running Expense Fund in
the amount of $398.43. This motion was seconded
by Director Hutchison, and carried by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Hutchison, Glockner, Warren,
Rima
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - Briggs

Warren, and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned
at 7:15 p.m.
