January 25, 1977
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District met in Special Session at 8:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, January 25, 1977, upon the call of the
President of the Board to take action on the
assignment of the Contract from Orco Disposal
Service, Inc.
Roll Call
Present: Directors - Hutchison, Glockner, Warr.-n,
Briggs, Rima
Absent: Directors - None
Officials Present: Manager Eldridge, Director of
Finance Oman, Attorney June,
Assistant Secretary Machamer
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by
President Rima.
Orco
Manager Eldridge reported that the documents for

the Assignment of Contract from Orco Disposal Service,

Inc. to Jaycox Disposal Service of Costa Mesa, Inc.
have been received and have been reviewed by the
Attorney. Mr. June reported that the insurance
requirements stipulated by the Board have been met.
After discussion, Director Briggs made a motion to
approve the assignment of contract from Orco Disposal
Service, Inc. to Jaycox Disposal Service of Costa
Mesa, Inc., in the form r�r::sented. This motion was
seconded by Director Glockner, a' ?d carried by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Hutchison, Glockner, Warren,
Briggs, Rima
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - None.
Adjournment Upon motion by Director Glockner, seconded by Director
Warren, and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned
at 8:20 p.m.
