Subject: OCCUPANCY REPORT AND PAYMENT TO COSTA MESA DISPOSAL
Summary
The total occupancy count for August 2013 billing is 21,516, with five new accounts
added since the last billing period.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends the following:
1. The Board of Directors accepts the occupancy count as presented using
21,516 as the correct number of active units.
2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to Costa Mesa
Disposal for August 2013 collection based on this occupancy report so
long as the contractor fulfills the obligations of the agreement. Said
payment in the amount of $196,987.58 to be ratified in the September
2013 warrant list.
