This report summarizes major points for three ordinance enforcement top ics covering
Scavenging, Graffiti, and Trash Container Enforcement .
Scavenging : In the m onth o f August , only one repor t of scavenging activity was made to
the District HQs. Scavenging activity was reported on the 100 Block of Virginia Place;
subject was gone upon arr ival. There were no citatio ns issued for the month.
