Meeting called to order 8 P M by President TeWinkle
Minutes previous meeting read and approved.
Following bills upon motion by Nelson seconded by Lord,
ordered paid.
Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord and Norman, director's
fees, quarter ending December 31st 1944, $15 00 each. Secretay
Owen, salary same period $90 00, Hedrick, Collector, net $198 93. '-
Howard C Pyle, $70.00, ewport Mesa Irrigation $21 88. TeWinkle

Bill of Engineer Monroe discussed and President TeWinkle and
Attorney Anderson agreed to contact Engineer J A Wooley with a
view to having Mr Monroe's charges included in bill 'of Mr Woo.lery
for the reason that Mr Monroe was in effect employed by Mr Wooiey
who in turn was employed by County Supervisors to conduct prelimi-
nary survey and compile cslculations and prepare maps incident
to organization of Sanitary District.
Secretary reported that agreement with Johnson and Stites had
been forwarded to them for signature.
