"Transaction")
Dear Customer/Lessee:
Please be advised that C3 Office Solutions, LLC ("Dealer") has sold and assigned to General
Electric Capital Corporation or its affiliate ("GE") all of its right, title and interest in and to: (i) the Transaction
identified above;(ii)all rights and remedies under the Transaction;(iii)the equipment subject to the Transaction;and,
(iv) all payments and other amounts due and to become due under the Transaction, but none of the obligations of
Dealer under the Transaction or related documents, all of which obligations shall remain with Dealer. All terms and
conditions of the Transaction remain in full force and effect.
All correspondence and questions regarding maintenance and performance of the equipment should be directed to
Dealer.You are obligated to pay all rent and other payments due and to become due under the Transaction to GE at the
remit to address on your invoice. All correspondence and questions regarding rent and other payments should be
directed to Customer Service at PU Box 3083,,Cedar 12ap1ds-1A 52406=3083;phone 888=652=2279. •
' Please acknowledge your receipt of this Notice of Assignment in the space provided below and return a copy to GE. In
the event you do not acknowledge and return this Notice of Assignment within ten(10)days of the date of this notice,
GE will assume that you have read the information contained herein.
