MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD AT 77 FAIR DRIVE
December 12, 1974
Roll Call Present: Directors - Glockner, Warren, Briggs, Rima
Absent: Directors - None
Officials Present: Manager Eldridge
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by
President Rima.
The Directors of the Costa Meas Sanitary District
met in executive session at 7:30 p.m. on December 12,
1974, to conduct interviews with the candidates for
the position on the Board of Directors.
Interviews The Board conducted interviews with the following:
Michael Bokor of 3182 Chemin De Fer Way, Costa Mesa,
at 7:30 p.m.; Dale A. Secord of 324 East 20th Street,
Apartment 25, Costa Mesa, at 7:45 p.m.; and Walter F.
Albers of 2701 Fairview Road, Costa Mesa, at 8:00 p.m.
Albers After hearing the candidates and considering the
Selected to qualifications, President Rima made a motion to
Board select Walter F. Albers to fill the position on
the Board of Directors vacated by Ellis Porter.
This motion was seconded by Director Warren, and
unanimously carried.
Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m. to January 9, 1975,
at 7:30 p.m.
