Regular Meeting, Costa Mesa Sanitary District, Community Hall, Costa
Mesa, California, November 2nd, 1944.
Directors present: TeWinkle, Nelson, Dodd, Lord and Norman
Attorney Anderson, Secretary Owen.
Meeting called to order by President at 8 P M
Minutes previous meeting read and approved
Moved by Dodd seconded by Nelson, bill of Collector Hedrick,
for services month of October be paid. Carried.
Financial statement showing balance cash available this date
463 23 presented.
Director Nelson for Fence Committee reported progress and
expectation to complete fence shortly.
Moved by Nelson seconded by Dodd Secretary be directed to
have Inspection Cards printed for use of Collector in inform-
ing householders of defects or violations. Carried
Informal discussion of territory now outside District, terms
and conditions of annexation.
Meeting adjourned to meet December 7th 1944,
