Residents have been able to utilize the site’s high functionality with a convenient, user -friendly interface that enables them to access information easily. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the Operations Committee to review and accept the following report. Analysis In terms of measurement, a visit is recorded every time an individual looks at a page on a website, regardless of how many files have to be downloaded as part of that process. U nique visitors are measured according to their unique IP addresses and are only counted for one visit regardless of how many times they visit the site. A hit is recorded every ti me a web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox) requests a file from the web server. These can include page s of text, image s , banner advert isements , JavaScript, or any other file s . Since the update, the website has had an average of 1,512 visitor s , 884 unique visitors and 142,916 hits. In addition, a total of 14,947 pages have been viewed which means for every visit, 9.88 pages are being viewed. The majority of visits derive from the United States, whereas many of the unique visitors are coming f rom Russia and China. The days that generate the most visits are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The duration of the visits tend to be 4.3 minutes on average. However, 67.1% of the visits only last between 0 -30 seconds. The most downloaded items are the agenda pa ckets, audio, and sewer plans.
