Officials Present: Manager Eldridge, Director of Finance

The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
met in adjourned regular session at 7:30 p.m. March 19,
1974, at the City Hall, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa,
California, having adjourned at the regular session
of March 6, 1974. A copy of the notice of adjournment
was posted and delivered as required by law.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President
Porter.
1974 -75 Manager Eldridge summarized the 1974 -75 City Contract
City Contract Proposal as submitted, and answered questions on various
• Proposal items. After discussion, Director Warren made a motion
that the City Contract Proposal for the Fiscal Year 1974-
1975 in the amount of $637,500.00 be approved. This
motion was seconded by Director Briggs, and carried by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors - Glockner, Briggs, Warren, Rima,
Porter
NOES: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - lone
Adjournment Upon motion by Director Glockner, seconded by Director
Briggs, and unanimously carried, the meetinq adjourned
at 8:10 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Adjourned Meeting of
