AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING ORDER OF ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING

KATHLEEN MACHAMER, being first duly sworn deposes
and says: I am the Assistant Secretary of the Board of
Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District; that the
regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District, scheduled for the 6th day of March 6, 1974,
was ordered adjourned to the time and place specified in the
Order of Adjournment attached hereto; that on March 7, 1974,
at the hour of 5:00 p.m. I posted a copy of said Order of
Adjournment at a conspicuous place on or near the door of
the place at which said meeting of March 6, 1974, was held.
