Officials Present: Manager Eldridge, Director of Finance

Assistant Secretary Machamer
First Revised Director of Finance Oman presented. the Board with a
Version copy of the First Revised Version of the 1973 -74
Budget Adopted Budget for the General Fund.
Adjournment Upon motion by Director Warren, seconded by Director
Briggs, and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned
at 8:10 p.m.

The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District met in adjourned regular session at 7:30 p.m.
October 11, 1973, at the City Hall, 77 Fair Drive,
Costa Mesa, California, having adjourned at the regular
session of October 3, 1973. A copy of the notice of
adjournment was posted and delivered as required by law.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by
President Porter.
Wayne the
Manager Eldridge reported on the Wednesday meeting

in his office with staff members and representatives

from Wayne the Digger & Company. He stated that they
had reached an impasse in their discussion concerning
payment for work done as part of the contract during
the construction of a Sanitary Sewer Main in Harbor
Boulevard from Fair Drive to Merrimac Way.
