LETTER AGREEMENT FOR.ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE REPLACEMENT FOR HARBOR
PUMPING STATION AND SEA BLUFF PUMPING STATION
In addition to the work described in the Letter Agreement between the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District (District) and Orange Coast Electric (Contractor) dated June 2, 2012, District desires
Contractor to install District-provided new stainless steel electrical enclosures at the District's
Santa Ana Pumping Station and at the Victoria Pumping Station. Contractor agrees to install
the Santa Ana enclosure for$5,925 and the Victoria enclosure for$5,785 as shown on
Contractor's proposals attached hereto and made a part hereof. As stated in Contractor's
proposals, Contractor shall provide the manufacturer of the stainless steel enclosures with the
correct dimensions for the fabrication of the enclosures.
Aside from the changes made by this Addendum No. 1, all terms and conditions
of the original agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
