Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the following: 1. The Board of Direc tors accepts the occupancy count as presented using 21,492 as the correct number of units. 2. The Board of Directors directs staff to prepare a warrant to Costa Mesa Disposal for February 2013 collection based on this occupancy report so long as the contrac tor fulfills the obligations of the agreement. Said p ayment in the amount of $196,767.85 to be ratified in the March 2013 warrant list.
