�- -- Regular meeting held at Community Hall, Costa Mesa, California, 7:30 P M
August 3rd 1944.
Present: Directors TeWinkle Nelson Lord Dodd and Norman
Attorney Anderson Secretary Owen
Meeting called to order 7:30 P M by President TeWinkle
Minutes of meetings July 6th, 17th and 21st read and
approved.

.Direotor Nelson reported fence posts received, and
outlined plan for construction of fence. Presented bill
of TeWinkle Hardware Co for $116 86 covering posts.
Attorney reported progress but necessity of conferring
further with County Counsel relative to loan from County
funds.
President reported on visit of State Inspector.
After discussion of matter of residents of District
�, -- failing to make use of garbage collection facilities and
disposing of garbage on their own property in various
ways, causing complaints from neighbors, it was decided
to take no general action at this time, but rather handle
each instance of complaint on its own, for the time being
and until people of the District become thoroughly familiar
with requirements and their rights and privileges, impart-
ing full information in each case with a view to securing
cooperation of any alleged offenders.
